Our Commitment To Privacy Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

The Information We Collect: This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on this website. On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to become a member. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

  • Name and postal address
  • Email address
  • Telehphone number


All our orders are sent out via Royal Mail services requiring a signature on delivery. Our aim is to deliver all orders within 5 working days of your payment being received, but our main aim is to send it out by the next day.

UK Orders:

Standard delivery costs £2.50 and is sent via “Recorded signed for”

Free delivery for UK orders over £20

“Special delivery” is also available and costs £7.45 - However, not all our items are available for same day despatch and you should contact us on 01935 424743  to ensure that your item is in stock for next day delivery


Returns Procedure

We offer a 10 day exchange for NON pierced items. If your item is not suitable we would be more than happy to provide an exchange for an alternative product. You should notify us by email or telephone to advise us if you want an exchange and then post the item to us within 10 days of receipt of the order. Items MUST be sent back in an unused condition, complete with jewellery packaging and received by us within 10 days of receipt. It is not necessary to return goods to us using the Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery service. However, we strongly recommend you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. The postage cost is not refunded.

We cannot accept returns for any intrusive jewellery (such as earrings, body jewellery etc) for hygiene reasons.

In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 10 days of you receiving them complete with jewellery packaging. Should your item be faulty, simply contact us

with details of the fault and item you wish to return along with details of when the item was purchased. PLEASE NOTE - we

CANNOT process returns unless they are accompanied by order details and ideally a copy of the original packing slip. In the case of faulty goods returned within 10 days, we will refund any postage costs


This returns procedure does not affect your statutory rights
